Refund Policy – ANIX Anime Shop

At ANIX Anime Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items such as clearance products, customized items, or gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
